And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep
with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods
of the strangers of the land, whither they go [to be] among them, and will
forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.
(Deuteronomy 31:16 AV)
In spite of the exhaustive
and conclusive data, Biblically, historically and statistically, Christian
parents still do not fully understand the destructive nature of the government
public education system. There can be little doubt that the education system of
the pagan schools have an agenda which is diametrically opposed to the Biblical
standard clearly set forth in Holy Scripture.
According to Stephen C. Perks, pastor of Chalcedon Reformed Church in Whitby
England, the deterioration of academic standards and discipline in state schools
has finally forced the issue of education upon the community of Christians. The
severity of this concern has caused Christian parents to re-evaluate the
education process of government schools in light of the Scriptural Covenant
mandate for a Christ-Centered education. Reverend Perks believes that this “crisis”
is both good and bad. On the one hand, it is good because it has forced
Christian parents to examine their conscience and motives for educating their
children in the pagan, humanistic system. On the other hand, it is bad because
it has taken such a horrific crisis to awaken the Christian community to their
God- given responsibility to remain steadfast in the “Truth of God’s Word.”
It is Biblically unconscionable to allow Covenant Children to be fashioned by
the statist school system under their secular humanistic curriculum.

Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for
the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former
lusts in your ignorance:
(1 Peter 1:13-14 AV)
There can be no escaping
the blatant reality that the education system of the government schools is an
“alien religion”, contrary to the Gospel and precepts of Jesus Christ. The
Scriptures clearly label such religions as “whoredoms” and “abominations”.
Hence, a severe and dreadful warning is attached to all such practices. In the
final analysis, no Christian child is permitted by Scripture to attend any
education system based upon other gods, or anti-Christian philosophies.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and
vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and
not after Christ.
(Colossians 2:8 AV)
It is important to note
that at the inception of this great American Republic, Biblical principles were
not only believed, but implemented. Such prudence of practice concerning
government and education is a clear sign of Divine Blessing which laid the
foundation of our nation.
