Introducing A New Format

The first six months of publishing The Reformed Witness on Apostasy, The Reformed Witness Update and Strategy, and the Reformed Analysis, have been very encouraging and invigorating. During these months I have been able to write, publish and distribute 18 issues of what I believe to be issues of most importance.

These newsletters were established in order to properly, and exhaustively address many of the fundamental problems in our society, and in the church. The goal of each of these newsletters was to educate the Christian saints with directives for Godly change in specific areas.

Since January 2000, I have sought to address the issue of the Federal Education system, the issue of personal and Ecclesiastic Apostasy, and the growing disintegration of the family unit. Like with all new endeavors, refinement is often needed for a greater impact, and clarification of purpose.

This UPDATE ISSUE will propose my new strategy concerning these Newsletters, and introduce new tactics for education and directives in the Christian faith.

1. THE REFORMED ANALYSIS

As of the May issue, the Reformed Analysis has expanded to 4 pages. Since the information contained in the Analysis is so vital to the future of the Covenant Christian Community, I felt it essential to expand the work to 4 pages instead of 2. In this way I can more carefully, and conclusively provide more information, and sound Christian principles to my readers.

2. THE REFORMED WITNESS

This aspect of the Newsletter series is also very important because it deals specifically with the internal problems of the Ecclesiastic institution. As of the May issue this topic, however, has been reduced to 2 pages instead of 4. The issue of Apostasy is a grave one and also needs to be addresses in an exhaustive manner, like the issue of Education. In order to do this faithfully and effectively I must expand the issue again to at least 4 pages if not more.

3. THE REFORMED WITNESS UPDATE

Originally, this section of the Newsletter series was added to provide updates and plans for the Newsletters and the various ministries of the Reformed Bible Church. In time however, it developed rather into a pastoral address on the issue of the Christian family and the urgency of ordering that Divine institution according to Godly precepts. This topic also needs greater attention and an expanded Newsletter format.

4. THE CIVIL MAGISTRATE

The Civil Magistrate Newsletter is in its infancy and has yet to be published. This segment of the Newsletter series will deal expressly with the Law of God, and the responsibility of the civil government to God, the Church, the Family and the Nation.
